We had a pleasant stay on the lake.

Had a brand-new king room, which allowed us to enjoy amazing view of mountain. Location: the hotel was so close to the lake which is shallow for the first couple of meters, Mergozzo which is a quaint and well cared for ancient village, a truly magical place, and the Simplon railway...

Very nicely furnished and brand-new room with a balcony, has free Wi-Fi. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet: )

I had a wonderful stay here in a stunning deluxe double room, enjoyed the good food, and appreciated the quiet location just a short walk away from Lewes Priory Park.

The hotel offers appealing accommodation in a great location near the charming center of Mergozzo, an ancient village that exudes magic. the apartment is equipped with a minibar, central heating, and coffee/tea making facilities, ensuring a comfortable stay. the staff is attentive and accommodating, making for a truly wonderful experience.

The room was so bright and cheerful, thanks to the double French windows that opened onto a balcony. It made me feel instantly uplifted! I loved that the room had free WiFi and a safe. It made it so convenient for me to stay connected and keep my belongings secure. The private bathroom was a pleasant surprise, with a window that overlooked the beautiful lake. It added a touch of tranquility to my morning routine. Having a seating area in certain units was a nice touch. It provided extra comfort and convenience during my stay. The rooms were nicely furnished and had every modern comfort. It felt like a home away from home. I enjoyed waking up to the stunning views of the surrounding hills from my classic-style room. It truly added to the charm of my stay. It was great to have a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in each room. Perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The classic-style room I stayed in had an LCD satellite TV and a private bathroom, which were great amenities to have.

Personally, I would have preferred a shower instead of a shower/tub combination in the bathroom. But I understand that others might still enjoy it.

No pedestrian pathway: The street at the back of the hotel lacks a pathway for pedestrians, which can be inconvenient, especially for families with children.

We had an incredible stay at this lakeside hotel. The location is unbeatable, with direct access to the beach and a beautiful walking path. The breakfast was well above Italian standards, with fresh bread and croissants. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, even providing free pick-up and drop-off from the train station.

During my recent solo trip, I stumbled upon a hidden gem situated next to a beautiful lake. the hotel had a spacious, airy room with a balcony where I could relax with a glass of wine. the breakfast was tasty and filling, with fresh bread, croissants, yogurt, and cereals. the hotel's restaurant served top-quality food, and the staff was welcoming and friendly. the location was perfect for daily trips around the stunning Lago Maggiore, away from crowded areas. the hotel provided convenient facilities such as playgrounds and beaches for families with young children.

The noise from nearby railways could disturb light sleepers, and the street lacked a pedestrian path, making it a little unsafe for pedestrians, especially kids.

Direct beach access. Lake view room worth the extra price. Above average breakfast for €12: fresh bread, croissants, cereals, yogurt. Restaurant matches location with quality food and friendly staff. Lake Mergozzo is intimate and magical. Owners helpful and kind. Thankful for the amazing experience. Excellent chef with fine dining dishes. Good art selection in restaurant overlooking lake. Surprisingly great location and staff. Superb food, best meal in years. Worth a visit.

We had some good moments during our holiday, particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed and refreshing shower. , the hotel was well placed with easy access to the main road and nearby attractions. The view was also beautiful from the balcony, ideal for a romantic escape.

Our stay was not all positive. The breakfast was lackluster and left us wishing for more variety.

We recently stayed at Hotel Ristorante La Quartina in Mergozzo for a family vacation. The location was perfect, right on the lake with a beautiful walking path and a small beach and playground nearby. The owner, who is also an amazing chef, made our dining experience truly exceptional. The rooms were immaculate and beautifully appointed. Whatever we asked for, the answer was always "yes." our stay was fantastic and we highly recommend this hotel.

Room Size and Location. The spacious rooms and convenient location were a highlight of my stay. The rooms were very comfortable and well-equipped, with large windows offering a lovely view. Moreover, the hotel is located in a great area that is close to many attractions and amenities, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Also, the staff was friendly and accommodating, which made my stay even more enjoyable. While the hotel's location was great, the area around it was a bit noisy, especially in the evenings. This can be a bit difficult for those who are light sleepers. Also, the hotel only provides limited toiletries, so you might need to bring some of your own. despite the noise and lack of toiletries, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

I couldn't resist taking in the beautiful view of the lake from the private bathroom window. The seating area in certain units was a nice touch and made me feel comfortable and at home. The rooms were nicely furnished, offering every modern comfort I could ask for. staying in this classic-style room was a delight!

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the shower/tub combinations in the bathrooms. But hey, that's just my preference, and I'm sure some people might still enjoy them.
